The Volunteer Involving Organization Society Kenya (VIO Society) is an amalgamation of organizations that work in development through and with volunteers to promote volunteerism as a means to development.  Progressive Volunteers is a member of the network and since its formation, the network has strived to take lead in streamlining volunteerism in the country and have worked together with government to develop a National Volunteerism Policy and a Draft National Volunteerism Bill.

GlobalGiving is the largest global crowdfunding community connecting nonprofits, donors, and companies in nearly every country. They help nonprofits access the tools, training, and support they need to be more effective fundraisers. Progressive Volunteers has since 2009 partnered with GlobalGiving to fundraise for its causes.

The United Nations Volunteers (UNV) programme contributes to sustainable human development through volunteerism worldwide. Online volunteering allows organizations and volunteers to team up to address sustainable development challenges – anywhere in the world, from any device.  Since 2007, Progressive Volunteers has partnered with UNV Online Volunteering Programme to get services from online volunteers.

Spirit in Action seeks to fulfill God’s promise for abundant life for all the world by supporting people in following their dreams of building a self-sufficient, sustainable future for themselves, their families, and their communities. They provide micro grants and funding for larger projects and building relationships with partners. Progressive Volunteers partnered with SIA to implement small business start-up projects targeting women and youth from Ruaraka community.

North-South Co-operation is an NGO established in Luxembourg in 2011 and specialised in Education and Training in Sub-Saharan Africa. With Progressive Volunteers, North-South Co-operation established Ruaraka community library to allow students to find textbooks and reading space and contribute to adults literacy.
